Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our booking policy:
* A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service(s).
* No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
* Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to have their appointment rescheduled and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
* All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled appointment when applicable.
